A static rack-mounted cabinet only ever resists its own battery weight. A mobile storage cabinet has to survive the journey as well: forklift forks, truck suspension, strapping loads, rental site handling and the occasional drop onto a container floor. The failure mode is predictable — the base bows, corners twist, and the stacking interface no longer lines up with the unit beside it.

SanJun handles this at the structural drawing stage. Corner posts are formed as closed box sections rather than open bends, base channels run continuously beneath the module rails, and stacking pads transfer vertical load straight into the posts instead of through the side panels. Lift points are positioned on the frame, not on cosmetic panel faces.

Each cabinet is made to order — stacking height, module layout, protection grade, busbar access, cable entry and finish are all set by your project, and validated on the first article before batch release.

Two to four layers is the usual range for mobile units. Yes. Mobile storage units are moved by forklift, truck and sometimes ship.
