Product Overview

A 261 kWh cabinet carries roughly two tonnes of battery modules, power conversion equipment and thermal hardware. That weight is the reason most off-the-shelf housings fail: doors drop out of alignment, base rails bow, and sealing gaps open up within a year. SanJun designs the structure around the actual load path — base frame, module rails and door interface are reinforced at the drawing stage, then verified on the first article before any batch is released.

Every enclosure is made to order. Dimensions, material grade, protection level, door configuration, ventilation strategy, cable entry positions and RAL colour are all decided by your project — we handle structural design, process planning, fabrication, finishing and inspection in one factory.
