OEM or ODM — Two Ways to Work With Us
OEM 或 ODM——两种合作方式
Both routes end in the same factory, but they start in very different places. Knowing which one you need shortens the quote cycle, because it tells us what to ask you for. Either way, the output is a finished enclosure built on the same equipment described in our fabrication process.

Material and gauge proposal

If the specified material is over- or under-specified for the environment, we say so and give you the alternative with the reasoning attached — including where a cheaper sheet plus a better finish outperforms a costlier alloy.

Tolerance rationalisation

We flag dimensions that are expensive to hold and propose standard shop tolerance where it makes no functional difference. This is frequently the single largest saving available on a drawing, and it costs nothing in performance.

Bend reliefs, hole-to-bend distances, weld access and panel flatness are checked before the part reaches a machine — not after. Catching these on paper is the difference between a first article that fits and one that needs a second run.

What volume range do you support?支持多大的数量范围？
From a single prototype to repeat production runs. Because laser cutting and CNC bending need no mold, the per-unit price does not depend on amortising tooling — so low volumes stay sensible and scaling up does not require re-qualification.
