Drawings (STEP, DWG or PDF), material and thickness, finish, quantity and target delivery. If you only have a sketch or a photo of an existing enclosure, send that — we can reverse-engineer dimensions and quote from a sample. The more of the five items you can supply, the tighter the number.图纸（STEP、DWG 或 PDF）、材料与板厚、表面处理、数量以及目标交期。如果手上只有草图或现有机壳的照片，也可以发过来——我们可以测绘尺寸并据此报价。这五项提供的越完整，报价越准确。
What is your minimum order quantity?最小起订量是多少？

How quickly will I get a quotation?多久能收到报价？
Within 24 hours for drawings we can read directly. Projects that need a DFM review or a process check take longer, and we tell you which case yours is when we acknowledge the request.图纸可直接读取的，24 小时内回复。需要做 DFM 评审或工艺确认的项目会久一些，我们在确认收到需求时会说明属于哪一种情况。
Can you sign an NDA before I send drawings?可以先签保密协议再发图纸吗？
Yes. Send your NDA and we will sign it before you release files, or we can provide ours. Drawings are held only by the engineering team handling your project.可以。先发来贵司的保密协议，签署后再提供文件；我们也可以提供我方版本。图纸仅由承接该项目的工程团队掌握。
What drawing formats do you accept?图纸接受什么格式？
STEP or IGES for 3D, DWG or DXF for 2D, and PDF for reference prints. If your file has no bend table or material callout, say so in the message and we will confirm the assumptions before quoting rather than guess.三维用 STEP 或 IGES，二维用 DWG 或 DXF，PDF 可作参考图。如果文件中没有折弯表或材料标注，请在留言中说明，我们会在报价前确认这些假设，而不是自行猜测。
How long does a sample take?样品交期要多久？
It depends on how complex the part is, so we quote the sample lead time on the same sheet as the price instead of quoting one number for everything.
