Variable frequency drives dump heat and radiate electrical noise — two things that decide whether a control panel runs for a decade or trips every summer. Our approach is to treat the enclosure as part of the electrical design: the drive bay gets its own ventilation path and a grounded metal partition, the control bay stays cool and clean, and signal cables never share an entry with power cables.

What material and thickness do you recommend for a VFD cabinet?变频柜推荐用什么材料与板厚？
SPCC cold-rolled steel at 1.2–2.0 mm is the standard choice for strength and cost. For corrosive or wash-down environments we recommend SUS304 stainless steel, and for weight-sensitive panels aluminium 5052.常规推荐 1.2–2.0 mm SPCC 冷轧钢，强度与成本兼顾；腐蚀或需冲洗环境建议 SUS304 不锈钢；对重量敏感的柜体可选铝板 5052。
