Home storage is a different engineering problem from container-scale BESS. The cabinet is installed inside a garage, basement or utility room, so it has to be compact, quiet, safe to live beside and still hold a lithium module stack rigidly for a decade. It is also handled by installers who are not riggers — panels get knocked, doors get leaned on, and cable entries are pulled from below.

SanJun approaches residential enclosures from the mounting point outward. We start with the wall bracket or base frame, confirm where the load actually lands, then size the panel gauge, stiffening ribs and door interface so the housing does not bow or rattle in service. Ventilation is designed as a closed path with insect mesh and labyrinth profiles, so airflow never becomes a water or dust route.
三骏从「安装点」反向设计家用外壳：先确定壁挂支架或底座的受力落点，再据此确定板厚、加强筋与门框接口，避免柜体在使用中鼓胀或异响。散热按封闭路径设计，配合防虫网与迷宫式结构，让气流不会变成进水或进尘的通道。
