A portable power station gets carried, dropped, rained on and left in a vehicle — usually in that order. That means its enclosure solves a different problem from a cabinet that never moves: it has to stay sealed after a knock, keep air moving through a pack that is being discharged hard, and survive being dragged across a tailgate without the finish looking wrecked in the first month.

We build these from aluminium plate rather than thin folded steel, because a 1.5–3.0 mm aluminium shell gets its rigidity from thickness where it counts and still leaves the unit liftable by one person. The finish sequence matters more than it sounds: parts are sand-blasted before anodizing so the matte layer reads evenly across bends and welds, and the resulting surface hides the scuffs these products collect in service instead of showing every one.

The front panel is where these products are won or lost. AC sockets, USB modules, an LCD display and a master switch all have to sit flush in one plane, yet each one has a different cutout tolerance and a different depth behind the panel. We cut those apertures from your actual component drawings and verify them on the first article with the real sockets and display fitted — never from a generic mounting template.

Ventilation is balanced against weather rather than maximised. Louvers shed water while still passing air, so we prefer them over plain perforations wherever the unit may see rain at an angle, and their lower open ratio is made up with more panel area or a fan tray instead of extra holes low down where they become an ingress path.
通风是与防雨权衡出来的，而不是一味开到最大。百叶在保持通风的同时能甩出雨水，因此在可能遇到斜雨的机型上我们优先用百叶而非普通冲孔；百叶开孔率较低的部分，用加大版面或设置风扇托架来补上，而不是在低位多打孔——那只会变成进水通道。

Handle Loads Carried Into the Frame
把手受力导入骨架
A folding handle concentrates the whole carried weight into two small footprints, which is exactly where portable housings fail. We add an internal backing plate behind the mounts so the load spreads into the shell and the battery frame instead of tearing through single-thickness skin.
折叠把手把整机重量集中在两个很小的承压面上，而这恰是便携外壳失效之处。我们在把手安装位内侧增设加强板，使载荷扩散到壳体与电池骨架，而不是撕穿单层壁板。
Apertures Cut From Real Components
开孔取自真实器件
Sockets, USB modules and the display each carry their own cutout tolerance and depth behind the panel. We work from your component drawings and inspect every aperture on the first article with the real parts fitted, because a 0.3 mm drift is enough to leave a socket sitting proud or a display bezel with a visible light gap.

Louvers That Actually Shed Water
真能甩水的百叶窗
A horizontal louver blocks water driven in at an angle while still passing air; a plain round hole in the same position does not. We size open area to your heat load and keep the vents above the expected water line rather than adding holes lower down, where they would become an ingress path first and a vent second.

A Finish That Hides the Field

Blasting before anodizing gives one even matte key across formed and welded surfaces, so a weld touch-up does not read as a different colour later. It also means the scuffs a portable unit collects look like texture rather than damage.

They shed water driven in at an angle, but they are a vent rather than a hermetic barrier. Sealing against water comes from the gasketed seams and gland entries, which is why we test every unit to the agreed IP rating before it ships.百叶能甩出斜向进入的雨水，但它是通风结构而非气密屏障。真正的防水来自接缝衬垫与格兰头进线口，因此我们对每台机组按约定的防护等级发货前检验。
Aluminium or steel — which should I choose?铝材还是钢材，该怎么选？
