A 60 kW or 120 kW charger is not a box with a socket on the front. It is a compact power plant parked on a roadside pad, and the enclosure has to solve four problems at once: reject several kilowatts of module heat, keep rain and dust away from live parts, carry the weight of a full module stack, and stay shut against people who have time and tools.

Most thermal failures we are asked to fix are not cooling capacity problems — they are airflow routing problems. Hot exhaust finds its way back into the intake, module inlet temperature climbs, and the charger silently derates on the hottest afternoon of the year. SanJun designs the intake and exhaust as two separate paths from the first drawing, with louver geometry, filter access and fan provisions set against your actual heat load.

Structurally, the load goes into the base frame. Module weight plus transformer and switchgear can reach several hundred kilograms, so base channels, lifting points and anchoring feet are sized for your bill of materials — not copied from a lighter model. Every cabinet is made to order: module layout, gun positions, connector types, protection grade, cable entry and finish are set by your project.

How is heat handled in a sealed 120 kW cabinet?密封的 120kW 机柜如何解决散热？
Cool air enters low through louvered side intakes, is pulled through the module bays, and leaves through a high exhaust path. Keeping the intake and exhaust separated stops hot air recirculating back into the modules, which is the usual cause of thermal derating.冷空气经侧面百叶从低位进入，被风机抽过模组仓位后由高位排风路径排出。进风与排风分离可避免热风回流进入模组——这正是热降额最常见的原因。
Is the base strong enough for the weight of a full power stack?底框强度能否承载整叠电源模组？
A full 120 kW module stack is heavy, so we size the base channels and lifting points for your actual module weight plus a margin, and transfer the load into the frame rather than letting it hang off the side panels.满配 120kW 模组堆叠重量可观，因此底梁与吊点按您的实际模组重量加裕量设计，并将载荷传入框架，而不是让重量挂在侧板上。
Can the cabinet be made vandal resistant for unattended sites?无人值守站点可否做防破坏设计？
